OUR COMPANY'S COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Delixi Electric has established and continuously improved the compliance management system, and our company demonstrates Delixi Electric's confidence and execution in integrity and compliance to all employees, partners and the outside society.

Our Company's Compliance System: Our company develops the Compliance Manual and various compliance policies and systems, indicating the direction of compliance for our future in terms of human rights protection and talent development, business ethics, data security, and environmental protection.

Our Company’s Compliance Governance: As the compliance governance decision-making layer, the company’s Business Ethics Committee leads the implementation and supervision of the Compliance Manual. Any violation will be investigated by the professional team composed of the legal department and the internal control department after the authorization of the Business Ethics Committee.

Scope of Application: Our company’s compliance management system applies to all employees of Delixi Electric and its subsidiaries. Meanwhile, our company encourages our partners to practice high business ethics standard with Delixi Electric and jointly build a compliance ecosystem with unified values.
