ENGINEERING, DESIGN AND ANALYSIS
The Engineering, Design and Analysis Group is a multi-disciplinary team of engineers and technicians dedicated to solving customer’s problems. Current technology is used to provide cost-effective solutions in the areas of testing, equipment design and fabrication, technical support, analysis, and consultation. With over 20 years of experience in safety and a devotion to customer satisfaction, this group is uniquely suited to meeting the needs of various industries. A brief overview of the range of services available is given below.
Testing, Evaluation and Equipment
The Environmental Test Laboratory located in Akron, New York and the operations in Michigan and Wisconsin are used to develop new test methodologies and systems. Using the resources available at the Fabrication Center, existing equipment is modified, or new systems developed and tested in the laboratory, to meet particular requirements. The feasibility of prototype designs are also evaluated to reduce the time and effort required for full system design.
Analysis
In-depth technical analysis is used to provide feasible solutions to challenges facing manufacturers and suppliers. Knowledge and experience in the areas of mechanical, electrical, and software design and analysis are used to examine a problem and develop the “tools” required to provide innovative solutions.
Technical Support
Technical support is provided through on-site equipment installation and training, post-installation maintenance and service, and training in specific test methodologies. Extensive training programs can be provided on-site or at our facilities.
Technology
Current technological advances are used for new designs, upgrading existing equipment, and the development of new test methods. Advances in equipment design and operation are developed using a team approach to assure that the “new and improved” designs will not only meet specified requirements, but are also safe and reliable
Consultation
Technical consultation is available through feasibility studies prior to system design and fabrication, product engineering and design support, development of facility recommendations, specifications and layouts, and complete system integration to develop a fully functional test facility.
